1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between queen ("Platform", "we", "us") and members of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing services through queen's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person's name, using the same payment details, or operating multiple accounts from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the relevant accounts will be closed and any bonuses or balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account registration is mandatory. If an account is opened with false or misleading information and this is later proven, the account will be closed and all deposited funds may be withheld. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

3. Account Verification

• A recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of current address

4. Deposits and Payments

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

6.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless the promotion description states otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If misuse of a bonus offer is proven, the account may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the queen platform and will result in account closure:

• Attempting to launder money or deposit funds from illegal sources
• Betting on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds
• Using harmful or intrusive software to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
• Attempting unauthorised access to queen's systems
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information
• Exploiting platform errors or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained in such circumstances will be considered void
• Any activity that damages queen's reputation

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by queen

queen reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause. Following an investigation, a decision will be made to either reactivate the account or close it permanently if a violation is proven.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time via live chat or email. Before submitting a closure request, please settle any ongoing bets and withdraw your balance. Any remaining valid balance in a verified account will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

queen strives to operate its services to the highest standard. However, queen will not accept any liability in the following situations:

• If a session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue
• Due to delays or errors in third-party payment gateways or banking systems
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government intervention
• For any loss caused by a member's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms

In any circumstances, queen's maximum liability will in no way exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' data is never sold to third parties.

12. Changes to the Rules

queen reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have agreed to the new terms.
